Common questions
Does the discount apply to everything in the warehouse?
No — only products we've individually flagged with a student price. You'll see a STUDENT price tag on those items; anything without one is at its standard (or Club) price for you as normal.
I'm also a Club member — do I get both discounts stacked together?
No. Club and Student pricing never combine. On any item you qualify for both on, you're automatically charged whichever of the two is lower — never both.
Do I need to upload a student ID or enrollment letter?
No — verification is by university email only. We send a confirmation link to your .ac.uk address; clicking it is the proof, and it's approved automatically with no staff review or waiting.
How long does my discount last, and what happens after?
It's active for 12 months from verification. We'll email you a reminder before it expires, and you can re-verify any time from your account with a valid .ac.uk email to keep it going.
I've graduated and no longer have a university email — what happens?
Your discount simply lapses when it's next due for renewal, since re-verifying needs an active .ac.uk address at that point. Nothing is charged or removed early — it just won't renew.
Can I use a discount code as well?
No — discount codes don't stack on top of Club or Student pricing on the same item.
