Accessibility
Our aim is for everyone to be able to browse and shop here, regardless of ability.

Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation, or browser magnification. We’re working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off fix.
What we’re doing
- Using clear, consistent navigation and page structure throughout the site
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
- Making sure the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
- Checking colour contrast against WCAG AA guidelines
- Testing key journeys — like search, basket, and checkout — with assistive technology
