We haven't appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer due to our size and the nature of the date we process. Should you have any queries in relation to your Data, please use the contact details provided below and someone from our Team will be in touch.
Who this notice covers

What we collect
When shopping with us or in creating an account, we will be required to collect all personal data required to process your Order and run your account. This will include but is not limited to, your Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Order History, Club Membership and Student Verification Status.
Please see our the Privacy & Cookies section of our Website for further information.
Why we can use it, and what for
By shopping with us, you agree to us processing your Personal Data as follows:-
- To fulfil and deliver your orders, and calculate delivery/return charges which are essential in fulfilling our contractual obligations with you.
- To manage your account, Club membership, and student discount
- To let you know about restocks or offers you've opted into by providing your consent and personal contact details
- To prevent fraud and misuse of our pricing structures
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share necessary information with our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery couriers (Evri and Royal Mail), our website hosting provider, and any analytics or email marketing tools we use. All of these act as processors on our instructions — meaning they can only use your data to provide the specific service we've engaged them for, not for their own separate purposes — and are bound by their own contractual data protection obligations to us. We don't sell personal data and don't share it for any third party's own independent marketing use.
International transfers
Where any of the third party organisations detailed above process data outside the UK as part of their own operations, we rely on Data Protection Law (including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679; The UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all relevant EU and UK Data Protection Legislation) to protect your information,
How long we keep it
Your Order and Account Information will be kept for the duration of time which your Account remains active. We will thereafter keep all data for a further period of 6 years to meet our accounting and tax obligations. These rules apply whether your account is closed or whether there is inactivity on your account.
All Marketing consent is kept, along with a record of when and how it was given, until withdrawn by you. If you ask us to delete your data, we'll remove what we can while still meeting the legal retention requirements above, and will provide specific details on which information we will be required to retain and the time period for which it shall be retained.
Your Data Subject Rights
We have process in place to ensure we can facilitate any request made by you to exercise your rights under Data Protection Law.
All requests will be considered without undue delay and within One Calendar Month of receipt, as far as possible, however, this may be extended dependent on the nature of your request and you will be advised if this will be necessary. You may require to verify your identity prior to personal information being released.
You have the right to request information about how your personal data is being processed, including whether personal data is being processed and the right to be allowed access to that data and to be provided with a copy. You also have the right to request information in relation to the purpose of processing, the retention period, the categories of personal data and to request us to amend, restrict or object to certain usage of your personal data. This is known as a Subject Access Request.
Requests can be made by contacting us using our details below. Please provide a detailed description of your request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails, without this counting as, or requiring, a formal request under the process below.
There typically is no charge for making a Data Subject Request. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive — for example, a near-identical request repeated shortly after we've already responded in full — we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost, or reasonably decline to act on it, and would explain our reasoning if that situation arose.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data
We'd always welcome the chance to put things right and most concerns can be resolved this way once we understand exactly what's gone wrong from your perspective. You also have the right, at any time and regardless of whether you've raised it with us first, to complain to the UK's independent data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. Raising a concern with us doesn't use up or affect your right to complain to the ICO afterwards if you're still not satisfied.

This Policy was last updated on 3rd September 2026 and shall be regularly monitored and reviewed.
